A Sydney-based investment syndicate has purchased the Best Western Gregory Terrace hotel in the inner-Brisbane suburb of Spring Hill. CBRE Hotels’ agents Hayley Manvell and Paul Fraser handled the sale on behalf of the owner GT Property group.
