The HTN Youth Skills Showcase event has honoured some of the rising stars in the industry, reported Michael Johnson, TAA NSW CEO and Hospitality Training Network (HTN) board member.
TAA NSW CEO and Hospitality Training Network (HTN) board member, Michael Johnson said the recent HTN Youth Skills Showcase, held at Ryde College in Sydney, recognised some of the best young rising stars in the industry.
Mr Johnson said HTN played a vital role in providing future stars for hotels and restaurants.

“This evening was all about recognising today’s young rising stars – and in an era of an ongoing industry skills shortage, particularly when it comes to chefs, this has never been more important,” he said.
“The HTN Youth Skills Showcase was a wonderful celebration of talent, celebrating our much needed chefs of the future."
“I would like to congratulate all finalists and winners, as well as the team at HTN for putting on a wonderful event.”
