Leasehold of London Hotel Port Melbourne for sale by Mathew George CBRE Hotels.
The search for an experienced operator to take the leasehold of the reborn London Hotel on Port Melbourne’s foreshore has commenced.
Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in early-2021, the pub is part of a state-of-the-art development at 92 Beach Street in the bayside hotspot.

Renowned Melbourne architect Ewert Leaf has designed the site, following work on premier hospitality establishments including Hanoi Hannah, St Andrews Beach Brewery and Neptune Food & Wine.
The former London Hotel traded for more than 150 years, and the new pub will feature kitchens and bars across three levels, indoor and outdoor seating, and balcony and function areas that offer exceptional views of Port Phillip Bay.
There is scope for the incoming leaseholder to modify the final fitout, while the 958sqm venue has been designed to accommodate up to 764 patrons.

Opposite Port Melbourne Beach and the Spirit of Tasmania ferry and shipping terminal, the corner block is also near trams and the Bay Street retail strip.
CBRE Hotels’ Mathew George has been appointed by TAB Developments to facilitate the Expressions of Interest campaign for the leasehold, closing on Wednesday April 8.
“The new London Hotel will be an exceptional venue, and undoubtedly become a premier destination along Port Melbourne’s popular foreshore,” Mr George said.
“We have seen positive regeneration on the waterfront in recent years, and consider this venue a standout opportunity, in a densely-populated and affluent precinct with limited high-end offerings.”
