The well known asset is a freehold going concern hotel that features a bar, bistro, 16 very valuable gaming entitlements and a drive through bottleshop.

HTL Property’s client and Vendor is Joe Walsh, who won a National Rugby League Premiership in 1969 with everyone’s second favourite team, the mighty Balmain Tigers.
