The Start of Development (SOD) turning ceremony took place recently, celebrating the beginning of this exciting venture. Westpoint Constructions and ADCO Constructions are managing the build, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The $50 million venture will feature a 10-storey building comprising 90 modern units, a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious rooftop pool. This ambitious project is set to redefine luxury accommodation in Southport, offering guests unparalleled comfort and convenience in one of Australia’s most sought-after destinations.
