Alternaty merges with Savills Hotels, Asia Pacific

Savills Hotels Asia Pacific has entrusted Alternaty Real Estate to accelerate Savills Hotels’ growth within Asia Pacific and particularly in South East Asia.

Alternaty Real Estate will leverage Savills’ global platform to establish a full suite of services for hotel owners and investors completing the lifecycle of hotel development from market research, feasibility and development recommendations, hotel operator selection, project management, asset management and asset valuation as well as due diligence and investment sales.

Mauro Gasparotti and Rudolf Hever will join Savills Hotels’ Singapore team in the roles of Director, Hotels, Savills Asia Pacific, driving business throughout South East Asia and working closely with the various Savills offices in the region to provide specialized consultancy support for hospitality clients.

The merger enables access to a full suite of specialised services not only for the hospitality industry in Vietnam, but also throughout South East Asia including Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and The Philippines with industry best practices and rigorous consulting methodologies.

Savills Hotels, Asia Pacific will keep working closely with Savills Vietnam to continue to service the local market and offer the entire range of hospitality services with the full team of senior consultants, previously with Alternaty, now based in the Ho Chi Minh City office of Savills Vietnam.
