The Gold Coast City Council has approved a brand new hotel and residential mixed-use development in Surfers Paradise by Sheng-Lan Group.
The 38 and 50-storey buildings, l has been given the green light making way for one, two and three bedroom apartments, short term hotel suites and five townhomes in the podium levels.
The complex located at 2-20 River Terrace, Surfers Paradise, consists of 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, retail shops and residential apartments. The two twist-shape buildings on a total construction area of over 110,000sqm are 38 & 50 levels respectively with a 360 degree infinity pool on the recreation level.
Developed by Sheng-Lan Group, the project known as ‘River Terrace’ consists of stage one being the 38-storey north tower, featuring the hotel component of the development, and stage two, the 50-stroey south tower.
Plus Architecture were commissioned to design the project, which twists upwards giving the project a highly recognisable facade amongst the Surfers Paradise skyline.
An infinity pool, spa, gym, yoga/pilates studio and bbq area are some of the stand out features on the full floor recreation deck on level 2.
