Novotel Geelong is undergoing a $3.5 million renovation, which will see all 109 rooms in the four star hotel upgraded.
ErdiGroup built the Novotel Geelong and opened the property in 2001, which is located in the heart of the Geelong waterfront.
ErdiGroup Chief Executive Ricky Jeffs said the upgrade was needed to maintain Novotel’s position as ‘the best hotel in Geelong.’
“We need to continue to have a product that our guests return to and one that our new guests are keen to discover,” he said.
The multi-million dollar upgrade is being staged, with one floor with 22 rooms completed to date and the total refurbishment scheduled to be completed in October, 2018.
Harris HMC has been appointed as construction partner, with Elsie + Betty Design responsible for the refreshed layout.
