In his final year at Ray White, Andrew Jolliffe has been named the group's top performing broker globally, who this month launched a powerful boutique brokerage firm Hotels, Tourism and Leisure Property (HTL) with ex CBRE National Head of Pubs Daniel Dragicevich.
For the third consecutive year, Sydney based hotel brokerage specialist Andrew Jolliffe has been named Ray White Group’s Number One fee writer globally at the group’s international awards conference at the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
The international awards conference, opened by former Prime Minister John Howard and attended by 3000 of the real estate groups leading sales people, has attracted agents from 10 countries outside Australia including China, Indonesia and New Zealand.
“The Ray White Group remains Australasia’s largest and most successful real estate group in terms of scale and revenues, and the great satisfaction of enjoying top billing for the third year is only surpassed by the unqualified affection I hold for the family owned company that has provided me with such a phenomenal launching pad” connected Jolliffe.
Jolliffe, who this month departed the Ray White brand to launch a powerful boutique brokerage firm Hotels, Tourism and Leisure Property (HTL) with the White Family and ex CBRE National Head of Pubs Daniel Dragicevich, believes the brokerage landscape is ripe for an agile organization to consolidate top level talent.
Ray White Group director Dan White said his family had immense pride in and respect for Andrew Jolliffe’s career achievements and had been thrilled to support his move into new markets under a new banner.

“We remain partners with Andrew Jolliffe in the new business of HTL, which is a boutique brand created with Daniel Dragicevich to cater for the specialised markets of hotels, tourism and leisure asset classes,” Mr White said.
“The White family are partners in a variety of different businesses and brands and have enthusiastically embraced this opportunity to continue working alongside Andrew Jolliffe as he pursues his ambitions.”
Andrew Jolliffe said he would be disappointed if the decision to rebrand the business to HTL was interpreted as a hostile defection from Ray White or a move away from the White family.
“My relationship with both the White family and Ray White group is a close and affectionate one and I value the support they will continue to lend under the new brand,” Mr Jolliffe said.
“HTL Property is intent on operating a collection of very high achieving and deal-centric property negotiators in a market place which both seeks and rewards performance, not perception” said Jolliffe.
“HTL Property’s firm objective is to be dynamic in respect of deal origination and closure, and in order to do this on behalf of our valued client base we hold the view that an unapologetic concentration of resources, focus and time is required to stay ahead of our existing and future market share competitors in the hotel transaction landscape” concluded Jolliffe.
Having already announced the sale of both Sydney’s Vauxhall Inn to Redcape for in excess of $40m, and Sydney’s sprawling Belrose Hotel on behalf of Redcape for in excess of $20m in successive weeks, the newly formed HTL Property is now exclusively engaged by both Solotel and Frasers Property to sell the Clovelly Hotel and Waterfront Tavern in Shell Cove respectively.
