Resort Brokers New Zealand have announced the sale of Queenstown's The Dairy Private Luxury Hotel to a Singaporean based hotel company.
The sale was finalised in April brokered by Simon Haslett and Wayne Keene, with settlement occurring at the end of May.
Brokering agent Wayne Keene has advised that this was a strategic acquisition for a hotel company who required a presence in Queenstown to compliment their existing hotel portfolio in other New Zealand cities.
"The Dairy consists of 13 en-suite rooms and a large 3 bedroom apartment. It’s CBD location overlooking the city with lake and mountain views makes it a very popular destination commanding high room tarriffs."
"The seperate dinning area is of historical note being the original building dating back to the 1920’s when it was the corner store. The dinning room has been providing hotel guests with a hearty breakfast but can also able cater to those looking for a cuisine experience."
"Queenstown tourism is going through exciting times and The Dairy will continue to provide an exclusive service to travellers who are looking for that special experience."
