CBRE Hotels has announced the appointment of Kate MacDonald as Associate Director.

 

Ms MacDonald has joined CBRE Hotels from Knight Frank, where she spent two years in hotel brokerage after establishing and growing a dedicated hospitality division at PKF in Sydney.

 

This followed nine years of experience at Sydney clubs and hotels in manager and licensee roles.

 

In her new role, Ms MacDonald will be based in CBRE’s 363 George Street office in Sydney.

 

CBRE Hotels Director Ben McDonald said the appointment coincided with a busy start to the fiscal year for the NSW pub market.

 

“Kate’s exceptional track record coupled with her wealth of operational experience from years of owning and operating hotels will strengthen both our NSW team and our national platform,” he said.
