HTL Property 365 Days Later - a Year in Review
Simarro, who has operated in the accommodation space across the UK, Europe and Australasia, joins HTL Property from his most recent role with JLL.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working for a number of leading agencies internationally, which has provided me with the opportunity to experience different working environments and cultures; but when the opportunity to work with HTL arrived, I knew the people behind the brand and the ethos underwriting where that agency is headed, was something I absolutely needed to be a part of”, advised Simarro.
“We’ve only been operating as HTL for 14 months, but the reality is that there exists decades of transaction based experience within the firm; and Nic’s reputation and drive not only complements what our key objectives are, but demonstrably advances them” believes HTL Property’s Managing Director Andrew Jolliffe.
“At our core, we are always striving for innovation and new opportunities, and whilst incredibly grateful for the commanding market share we enjoy in the traditional hotels space nationally, it is a strategic imperative of the firm to grow our capabilities in the accommodation hotels transactional landscape” added Jolliffe.
“It’s a natural progression for us, and one we relish and will continue to act in a deliberate and focused fashion in order to meet our objectives” Jolliffe concluded.
