John Musca JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has announced the pre-auction sale of the freehold interest in the Ingleburn Hotel.
The Ingleburn Hotel in the Macarthur region of NSW has been sold for $29.25 million.
Offered for the first time in 60 years, the strategically positioned Ingleburn Hotel resides directly opposite Ingleburn train station and is in the heart of the newly proposed Ingleburn Precinct Plan.
Transacting with 27 valuable EGMs, the venue is located on a 2,239m² site and included a drive-thru bottle shop with 23 on-site parking bays with scope for future 5 storey development via an attractive B4 Mixed Use zoning (STCA).
The transcaction was conducted through JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group, with National Director John Musca saying the agency was "proud" to have represented the Trustees in this important mandate.
"In an emotionally fuelled pre-auction exchange, and with a broad range of property investors and hoteliers in attendance, the sale highlights the intrinsic value in Top 100 ranked gaming venues occupying valuable future development sites and JLL's ability to bring such opportunities to broader investor markets," he said.
