The CBRE Hotels investment and brokerage team in Queensland is expanding with the addition of negotiator Chloe Mason.
CBRE Hotels Queensland has welcomed a new negotiator from the west, with Chloe Mason relocating from Perth to join the team.
Ms Mason has spent the last five years working as part of CBRE Hotels, where she has gained experience on a variety of sales campaigns across mid-tier regional, corporate and leisure hospitality assets.
Her core focus is pubs and tavern-style assets, and she will work alongside CBRE Hotels Director Paul Fraser on Queensland venues in the newly-created role.
Ms Mason said she aimed to build on CBRE's established client base in Queensland.
"We want to provide strategic advice to enhance business productivity, performance and, ultimately, secure optimal outcomes for our clients’ acquisition and divestment requirements," she said.
"I am excited by the prospect of working closely with Paul Fraser, who is a well-respected and highly-knowledgeable stalwart of the pub industry."
Ms Mason’s recent Perth sales include the Tambrey Tavern, Tavern at The Rocks and Seasons Hotel Newman.
Mr Fraser said her experience, proven track record and strong client relationships would further strengthen CBRE Hotels' Queensland team and national platform.
“As the region’s most diverse team, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, CBRE Hotels is best positioned to provide a market-leading service offering to our clients across the country," he said.
