"The Brisbane market is tight at the moment and there is a lot of demand as it's hard to get good stock."

Mr Nason said other advantages of the sale included the great exposure from the highway, the business currently being under full management and the location of a new BP service station, all guaranteed to provide plenty of traffic from travellers and locals alike.
"It is an iconic pub in the area as it is modelled on an American/Mexican saloon," said Mr Nason.

Mr Nason said the building is situated on a large 1.24 hectare site, leaving plenty of room to add value by developing the land.
"There is the possibility for a recreational vehicle park or motel that could accommodate people passing through," said Mr Nason.
The hotel has a bistro and TAB facilities, a bottle shop/drive thru and 14 poker machines.
