The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of hospitality professional, Andrew Adams, as the Director of Operations at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney has announced a new Director of Operations, with hospitality veteran Andrew Adams appointed to the role.
Mr Adams brings more than 25 years of industry knowledge and experience to the role, having previously worked for luxury, five-star establishments including SBE Group, Four Seasons and The Peninsula.
Following a thirteen-year stint in the United States, he has returned home to Sydney to join The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts family, where he will be responsible for championing the hotel’s future food and beverage concepts, as well as overseeing the overall guest experience.

Mr Adams said his new role would allow him to combine his passion for people-first hospitality and heartfelt travel.
