Ovolo has begun introducing packages for guests to isolate in comfort as it updates its services to weather the impact of COVID-19.
Independent hospitality brand Ovolo Hotels has unveiled a series of new "innovative and adaptive" guest experiences to align with growing government restrictions on travelling and social distancing.
Designed to help people isolate in comfort, features include bringing social hour to guests with a trolley service, making complimentary breakfast part of room service and a greater focus on take away options within its restaurants and bars.
Ovolo Hotels Founder and CEO, Girish Jhunjhnuwala told WILLIAMS MEDIA that while these were undoubtebly challenging times, the brand still wanted to deliver the level of service it had become known for.

"Our recent initiative of our Social Hour cocktail trolley which brings the bar to our guests rooms, has been love and is an example of how we constantly adapt to ensure we are still delivering an effortless experience.

"Going against the grain is in our DNA, so Ovolo is also focusing using this time to learn, ensuring we are still delivering what Ovolo is famous for and also taking things to the next level."
In addition to offering long-stay packages, Ovolo has perks well-suited to self-isolation, incdluding continental breakfast, loot bag filled with goodies, in-room mini bar which is replenished daily, as well as a smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix.
The option of daily Turmeric-based shooters has also been added to help guests boost their immunity.
The flexibility for check-in and out options have been enhanced to ensure guests during this time are not bound by time pressures and can enjoy a stay on their time.
All restaurants are also offering a selection of alcoholic beverages to accompany takeaway meals as "staying in to dine out is the new normal".
"With the tourism industry facing new obstacles at every turn, Ovolo will continue to constantly adapt in order to offer memorable hotel and dining experiences," Mr Jhunjhnuwala said.
