Paradise Resort is a family resort hotel located on the Gold Coast has sold through the experienced hands of McVay Real Estate for $43,000,000.
"Paradise Resort is an established 360 room family resort, with approval for the development of 1,432 residential units on the site," said Sam McVay of McVay Real Estate.

"The successful purchaser will be investing further into the existing hotel to enhance the offering."
It is the third time that McVay Real Estate has sold the property, so were able to provide a detailed history of the property to all prospective buyers.
