One of the most historic sites in the Dandenong Ranges has been listed for sale through CBRE Hotels’ Scott Callow.
Expressions of interest are being invited for a historically rich site in the Dandenong Ranges.
Now occupied by the CountryPlace Conference and Function Centre, the Mount Dandenong site was settled by pioneers Isaac Jeeves and his wife Ann, who built the first house in the Dandenongs in 1860.
They went on to be hoteliers, providing guest house accommodation on the site for Melbourne’s well-to-do.
