CBRE Hotels Managing Director Michael Simpson said Mr Zographou would be responsible for hotels and leisure investment transactions as well as a wide range of advisory services in his new Sydney-based, CBRE Director role.
“Vasso brings decades of experience across transactions of all sizes, including sales of existing hotels and development projects,” he said.
“He is regarded by clients as a trusted adviser who couples his tenacious transaction skills with experience in hotel due diligence, operator selection, asset management and via his roles as a receiver and manager in the 90’s and early millennium on most of Australia’s major distressed hotels.
