TFE Hotels is currently recruiting a Regional Financial Business Partner to join its Melbourne-based team.
A team player that "lives and breathes numbers" is being invited to join TFE Hotels in the position of Regional Finance Business Partner.
According to the hotel operator, key responsibilities for the role include financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, business support, stakeholder management, compliance, and people management.
Tish Nyar, Director of TFE’s Operations for AUS/NZ, said it was a great opportunity for a driven individual who wanted to work with multiple brands as part of a senior regional leadership team.

“We really want someone that has a practical focus on finance and a working knowledge of the hotel industry,” he said.
"The ideal candidate will be able to assist in providing the most informed and highest quality of planning, analysis and reporting to help guide strategic operational and tactical decisions.
Mr Nyar added the ability to work as part of a team, while also being able to function autonomously, would be favoured.
“We want someone who pays attention to detail, doesn’t cut corners and is ultimately a great communicator," he said.
Candidates will also need a tertiary qualification in accounting or finance and any relevant postgraduate professional qualifications.
