North-West Sydney Pub @ Rivo for sale by Dan Dragicevich and Andrew Jolliffe of HTL Property.
Following the successful and national record sales of both The Vineyard Hotel and Carousel Inn over the past month, multi-generation publicans the Stanford family have once again exclusively retained specialist agency HTL Property to sell the portfolio’s last hotel asset, the Pub @ Rivo in Sydney’s North-West region.
Situated immediately adjacent to the Riverstone railway station and the proposed Riverstone Town Centre, the 7,338 sqm hotel is encompassed by major development projects and is well positioned to capitalise upon the population and business explosion so patently taking place in the major growth corridor of Sydney.
“Riverstone as a Sydney suburb finds itself strategically positioned equidistant from the huge residential developments that dominate the North-West corridor, but also enjoys the downstream development benefit from major and proximate master planned communities such as Marsden Park, Vineyard, Box Hill & Schofields” advised HTL Property’s National Director, Dan Dragicevich.
The single level hotel enjoys multiple street frontages, strong food, beverage, gaming and wagering patronage; and is particularly well known for its expansive beer garden.
“As a specialist firm we’re buoyed by the market strength exhibited over the recent campaigns we’ve curated, and have satisfied ourselves that the deliberate acquisition behaviour of several buy-side parties will avail our client of another successful divestment event” concluded HTL Property Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.
The Pub @ Rivo is for sale by exclusive agency HTL Property, via an National EOI campaign concluding Wednesday 8 December 2021.
