Craig Neal
Craig is grateful to be able to assist business owners with their exit strategy and in turn, those starting or expanding their ownership journey. It is always such an emotional decision that often coincides with a life change of some form, especially for those seeking retirement and intent on earning a return on their time and investment.
Craig’s natural passion for coaching and consulting lends nicely to working alongside business owners to find an effective succession or purchase path and work alongside them to ease the stress and the strain of achieving a successful outcome.
“Bayleys Marlborough welcomes Craig Neal to the Bayleys team. We are fortunate to be in a beautiful region of NZ which has an incredible amount of sunshine, in fact approximately 2,500 hours per year.
Whether you are looking to sell or purchase, Craig can help with the sale of hotels, motels and tourism related properties and businesses. As the NZ borders open to the world, we are confident we will see an increased level of enquiry, if you are thinking of making a real estate move, contact craig today for a confidential and complimentary discussion.
A post-COVID tourism industry will play an important role in New Zealand’s economic recovery, but it will be different to the one that we are accustomed to. There will be new challenges, new opportunities, and a new way of working”
