To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Langham Hospitality Group has launched a bold new hospitality brand – Ying’nFlo – boasting affordability, a modern spirit, and a colourful look and feel.
The upper midscale hospitality style will mark a new era and choice, providing a more relaxed, creative space for guests to stay, work and play by capturing the bold optimistic spirit of Millennials and GenZers.
Ying’nFlo will break the mould of the classic hotel look and feel, uniquely designed for guests to feel like they are staying at an elevated version of a friend’s apartment, including practical, well-designed rooms, shared spaces for people to meet with friends, and multi-functional spaces built for quiet time or working.

It’s a smart guest experience for a generation that has grown up with digital. The concept combines simple stylish design with brilliant basics which are efficiently executed with a strong social vibe.”
Ying’nFlo will focus on the new concept of ‘brilliant basics’ where necessities are executed to perfection, including features like powerful showers, comfortable bed, fast and reliable wi-fi, laundry station, adaptable furniture, great coffee and breakfast. Lobby and communal spaces will feature vending machines dispensing a variety of essentials and refreshments, and some properties will offer bike share services and retro table games in the House of Ying’nFlo.
Each hotel will have a central feature on elevating art in all its forms, playing host to urban art experiences and features, accompanied by curated music lists which will play through the hotel and on the social channels to showcase emerging artists.
Guests will also benefit from state-of-the-art technology, connecting with every aspect of their stay through an all-in-one Ying’nFlo app, which includes digital check in and out, mobile key card access, remote room preferences like television control, air-conditioning and lighting adjustment, and instant messaging to inhouse staff for requests.
“We will locate Ying’nFlo in destinations where our guests want to travel. These locations would be the front door to cultural, entertainment and tech hub districts,” he added. “There is a strong opportunity to grow Ying’nFlo in Asia-Pacific and beyond where 50% of the population are millennials or GenZers.”

Langham Hospitality Group is in discussion to secure multiple sites for development in the very near future.
Hong Kong Debut
The first iteration of Ying’nFlo has launched in the colourful district of Wanchai, Hong Kong in October 2022 and the brand has plans to rapidly expand, with multiple projects already rolling out across the globe including a hotel in Xiamen, as part of Langham Hospitality Group’s first multi-brand project.
The new Ying’nFlo Hong Kong will pay homage to the established yet eclectic neighbourhood, surrounded by transport links and many nearby cultural attractions and nightlife, located on Wan Chai Gap Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
The space has been designed with stylish, simple and vibrant values, featuring light coloured walls, timbered ceilings, terracotta brick floors and colourful patterned tiles surrounded by soft natural light to establishes an environment of openness and interior-exterior connection.
The property has already put a focus on elevating a variety of art style, featuring a bold colourful outdoor mural by Berlin-based artist, Josephine Rais, accompanied by creative café-style lobbies and flexible workspaces feature to provide opportunities for spontaneous interaction and creative meetings.
