Mohan Du

Mohan Du was four years old when he moved to Australia from China with his parents. He started working in real estate sales in his twenties, but soon realised that there was a gap in the market for mixed-use developments, and in 2012 he founded Capital Alliance Investment Group. Since then he's worked on some iconic Melbourne landmarks, partnering with international hotel giants, including Marriott International and Accor Hotels.
