This report represents an evolution from a standard annual report to a report based on the IFRS Foundation’s Integrated Reporting Framework and that communicates YHA’s financial results and performance towards their purpose – to create an open and accommodating world where life flourishes.
The report presents a comprehensive overview of the company's 2022 performance in five interconnected areas of focus, including sustainable growth, investment, brand equity, productivity, and purpose-driven outcomes. Additionally, the report highlights the organisation’s achievements along with challenges, and goals for the future by demonstrating YHA Australia’s commitment to creating positive impacts in the communities where it operates properties.
