Tuan Sing Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, announced today that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, HR Operations Pty Ltd (“HRO”), has entered into a deed of termination and release with Hyatt of Australia Limited (“Hyatt”) and Hyatt Services Australia Pty Limited (“Hyatt Services”) for the management of Hyatt Regency in Perth, Western Australia.

The property will be re-positioned and rebranded following the termination of the hotel management agreement.

Hyatt Regency Perth will cease to be a Hyatt-managed hotel on 31 August 2024.

This announcement from Tuan Sing Holdings is part of the group’s long-term strategy to expand its hospitality business across the Asia-Pacific region.

Tuan Sing currently maintains several hospitality assets including the Grand Hyatt Melbourne and the recently acquired Fraser Residences River Promenade in Singapore, a newly completed mixed-use property in a prime location that features serviced apartment units and hospitality offerings. 

The hospitality portfolio of Tuan Sing will be further expanded upon the completion of the Opus Bay project in Batam, Indonesia, an integrated township currently under development that includes hospitality components.
