Lanbruk Apartment Hotels announces the imminent opening of the brand’s first Apartment Hotel in Richmond, Victoria.
Construction is nearing completion on the latest addition to the Richmond landscape, Lanbruk -Richmond Hill Apartment Hotel, scheduled to be completed by the end of July.
The 26 apartment hotel development has a selection of studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments spread over 7 levels.

Located at 79 Bridge Road, Lanbruk Richmond Hill will be the closest accommodation option to the Epworth Hospital Richmond and the brand new apartment hotel actually abuts the left hand side of the hospital building.
The hotel has 2 different tram routes stopping directly outside the property giving business and leisure guests direct access to the Melbourne CBD and Docklands.
Technology has been thoroughly thought out with room access via a mobile app, casting to Smart TV’s in all apartments as well as wireless phone charging bedside lamps.
Guests will be able to enjoy access to the ground floor cafe or relax with friends on the rooftop terrace with a barbecue that provides sweeping 180 degree views of Melbourne’s skyline and CBD. The MCG can be reached via a leisurely 810 metre or 12 minute walk.
The apartment hotel has room options for both extended-stay guests, featuring ovens and washers and dryers in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments - as well as studios with kitchenettes for travellers in town for a few days.
The property is expected to open in early August. Bookings are now being accepted from September 1 onwards via lanbruk.com.
