Receiving significant enquiry in hotels, gaming and accommodation from intra and interstate, especially the southern states, Mr Percy revealed that, “the demand for quality stock throughout Southeast Queensland has never been higher”.

Mr Percy added, “Toowoomba and Southeast Queensland areas have been very popular with buyer enquiry along with some of the smaller centres. Toowoomba and surrounds have provided excellent returns which have attracted both local and interstate investors and owner operators. The Brisbane market is also very popular.”

Due to the unique nature in selling these types of assets, potential clients have expressed that there seems to be a general lack of communication within the sector. However, with excellent reputations both Mr Percy and Mr Williams are happy to provide potential clients with references from satisfied clients if required.
