Blossom Rooftop Bar, located on the 14th floor of the Pullman Melbourne on Swanston, is officially opening its doors to patrons, partiers and diners on Thursday 23rd of February with Melbourne’s highest and edgiest new rooftop bar.

Located in the heart of the iconic Melbourne city, visitors are invited up to enjoy a classic italian-inspired menu - including handmade pizzas, made fresh on-site in a state-of-the-art wood fired pizza oven, imported directly from Verona, Italy.

With the launch of Blossom Bar officially scheduled on February 23rd, Pullman is excited to welcome guests to its urban space featuring exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors and industrial steel finishes. More notably, integrated throughout the design, is a representation of Melbourne’s local flora.

The space is adorned with paintings by acclaimed artist, Lisa King, says “The rich colour, movement and romance of this work are a feast for the eyes and have been painted to inspire a sense of pleasure, exuberance and exploration of the frivolity of the night amongst the neon of the city.”

Guests will relish in the sky-high atmosphere enjoying a custom designed pizza menu, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages - accompanied by a breathtaking 270 degree view of Melbourne.

In fact, an exciting addition to the beverages on offer includes Bells Beach Brewing, the only bar in Melbourne to supply on tap - inspiring the same sunsets of the sea in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Bells Beach is in good company alongside Tattinger Champagne, serving up excellent brut Champagne with impeccable craftsmanship.
