The Australasian global talent mobility industry’s only annual awards program, presented by the Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) in partnership with Quest Apartment Hotels (a member of The Ascott Ltd), will open for entries next month.
Quest General Manager of Brand and ESG, Anthea Dimitrakopoulos says Quest is proud to support the delivery of the TEMi Awards program and give talent mobility professionals the opportunity to be recognised for their work.
“Both the Quest brand and our local business owners are incredibly proud to once again support the TEMi Awards. Quest was founded 35 years ago specifically to make corporate stay effortless, and our commitment to meeting the changing needs of extended stay travellers remains as important as ever in this new travel landscape,” said Anthea.
“The TEMi Awards program is unique in that all awards are dedicated to showcasing the accomplishments of practitioners and partnerships in the niche talent mobility sector. Quest is delighted to support the industry’s night of nights and acknowledge this important work. We know our sustained success has been driven by our longstanding partnerships with the talent mobility industry, and we wish all entrants in the 2023 program only the very best of luck as we continue working together to secure mutually beneficial outcomes”, added Anthea.
“With the proliferation of work from anywhere policies and growing demand for talent relocations, Quest business owners across Australia continue to go the extra mile in supporting talent mobility professionals and their clients through sharing their local expertise to elevate guest experiences on every stay.”
“While Quest offers the largest national footprint of over 8,800 spacious serviced apartments to the many companies of every size we partner with, we’ll be opening over 600 more rooms in the next 18 months. Quest Apartment Hotels are equipped to make extended stays both comfortable and convenient through our strategic site selection within growing commercial clusters that include local schools, medical precincts and transport hubs.”
TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said the TEMi Awards wouldn’t be possible without the support of sponsors like Quest and expressed gratitude for Quest’s commitment to the sector.
“We are pleased to be delivering the TEMi Awards program in partnership with Quest again this year and incredibly proud to recognise the global workforce management community and the Australasian organisations that are committed to mobilising talent and embracing the benefits that come from a strong, diverse and inclusive workforce,” Ms de Cerff said.
Practicing talent mobility professionals as well as the companies which service them will be able to apply for a TEMi Award from next month, including those in disciplines such as talent mobility, talent and travel management, relocation, employer of records, recruitment, employee engagement and wellbeing, employee health & safety, remuneration, immigration, taxation and corporate housing.
