“In phase two, shortlisted bidders will be required to enter into a non-disclosure deed and will be offered sale terms, including a limited information memorandum which will comprise the extent of the mortgagees’ and its Agent disclosure in respect of infrastructure and other development works undertaken to date" says Toogood.
