The Nandewar Motor Inn, Narrabri was built by Edgar Leech and has been family owned and operated by the Leech Family for over 50 years.  MIS Property Holding purchased the freehold with plans to refurbish and upgrade the facilities to 4 Star Standard.

The Nandewar Motor Inn has 44 units with licensed restaurant and bar facilities, along with tennis court, barbecue area, large pool with undercover outdoor area for functions and parties.  The motor inn is on 2.58 hectares of land so has tremendous potential for future expansion.
