The exciting new precinct will include public car parking for more than 300 cars; mixed-use commercial, retail and enterprise start-up spaces; publicly available gardens, street and amphitheatre and a top floor observatory deck with views over Canberra; residential and serviced apartments; and a 130-room hotel.

The architectural firm Fender Katsalidis who are behind Canberra’s NewActon, Melbourne’s Eureka Tower and Hobart’s MONA will be the creative minds behind a Canberra’s newest and most exciting mixed-use precinct – Republic.
