In January 2007, Andrea Grigg joined the San Francisco office of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group as a real estate consulting professional.
Her duties include assisting in preparing estimates of value for appraisals and sales transactions and conducting market demand and market position studies, in addition to investment counseling and strategic planning.
Experience
Andrea has completed a wide variety of strategic and financial consulting projects concerning multiple types of real estate assets with locations throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Representative projects include the large-scale, resort master-planned communities of Punta Mita and El Tamarindo – both of which are situated on the west coast of Mexico.
Additional work has included managing the due diligence process for the acquisition and financing of the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel on Hawaii’s Big Island; the Makalei Golf Club and surrounding 1,400 acres of developable land and the Kealanani development - over 2,000 acres of developable land on the island of Kauai, Hawaii.
Andrea was a Transactions Manager for Lynch Investments, LLC from May 2004 through January 2007, where she was active in all stages of transaction origination and execution.
She administered the closing of $167 million in new acquisitions, $56 million in dispositions, and $50 million in refinancing transactions.
Prior to her position with Lynch Investments, Andrea served as Vice President of Contact Development Corporation from December 1998 through February 2004, where she managed the areas of analyzing, “packaging” and marketing resort/hospitality and mixed-use real estate investments and oversaw Contact Development Corporation’s international cross-border residential marketing and sales division.
She also assisted in the analysis and evaluation of economic and real estate market conditions in both domestic and international locales.

Education
Andrea graduated from the University of Morón School of Tourism and Hospitality in Argentina in 1995.
She also received a Real Estate Law Certificate from Florida International University and attended real estate investment classes at the University of California, Berkeley.
Andrea is fluent in both English and Spanish. She holds California Notary Public and Real Estate Salesperson Licenses.
