Having worked for Hilton for 10 years, Sue will lead the Sales and Commercial teams across Australasia in implementing new and effective sales strategies and will work closely with the Australasia leadership team in driving new business opportunities for the region. Sue will also be instrumental in supporting Australasia's aggressive growth strategy of doubling its footprint within the next five years.

Sue was most recently Regional Director of Sales for Japan, Korea and Micronesia at Hilton, where she was responsible for providing sales support and direction to all hotels, together with implementing strategies to develop business for the region. During Sue's time in this role, she also led a successful restructure for above property Sales teams.

Previously, Sue held the role of Commercial Director for New Zealand, where she led a commercial team of 36, across five hotels and two brands and was also the Commercial Director for Hilton Brisbane.

Sue is a results-driven hospitality expert with over 20 years' experience in commercial functions of the business. She holds a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Sue has lived in four countries. Originally from the UK,she followed her sister to Australia and spent 10 years in Brisbane before moving to New Zealand. Sue loves the outdoors and visiting wineries and Australia and New Zealand provide a great opportunity for both! Having lived in Japan for 18 months, Sue has enjoyed getting to know new people, the wonderful culture and the lifestyle in each city.
