Grant was previously at HTL Property where he was a Director - Investment Sales (Management Rights) and brings with him vast industry knowledge and a unique set of skills.

His initial focus will be in the Management & Letting Rights (MLR) for accommodation, primarily in Queensland, with the goal of developing this platform nationally. Part of his role will also be transacting freehold hotel properties.

Grant prides himself on offering clients a strategic perspective on how to maximise their asset to achieve the best outcome, and not adopt just a list and sell approach. His advice is backed by a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry spanning 16 years across multiple asset classes such as hotel, motel, MLR’s, backpackers, developments and strata unit sell downs.
