Reward Group has announced that Jimmy Lee will take on the newly created role of Project Director. A respected and experienced industry leader, Mr Lee will be responsible for aligning the project approach, impact and timing with broader activities along with overseeing all of Reward Group’s construction and refurbishment programs throughout Australia.

Mr Lee joined Reward Group in 2010 during a period of considerable growth for the company. Jimmy has since become one of the most prominent figures within the Australian Hotel Refurbishment sector. His re-designation is in alignment with Reward Group’s strategic growth plans as the hotel industry re-emerges and redefines itself.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW as well as a Diploma in Building and Construction, Mr Lee brings over 20 years of construction and project management experience to his role.  He has delivered some of the most complex and time constrained projects undertaken by Reward Group.

Mr Lee has successfully managed over 15,000 Hotel Guestroom refurbishments for more than 300 Hotels. Jimmy is currently overseeing the works of 1200 hotel guestrooms across eight Hotels with a value of over $120 million.
