How has COVID affected the commercial/hotel market in your area?
Everyone has seen an effect on their business from the shutdowns, but the market is now positive about the future, and the gaming section of the market has benefited.
What advice would you give to vendors for the best outcome?
My advice for vendors is to find an agent you can trust and do your homework.
What advice do you give buyers?
Again, as a buyer doing your homework is crucial. There are agents who may mislead you if you let them.

Where do you see demand coming from?
Recently, interstate has been the biggest inquiry area in my experience.
What is the most significant and/or interesting deal you have been involved in?
I worked with Macquarie Bank in shopping centres in NSW, which I found to be very interesting.
What personal hobbies/interests outside of real estate do you enjoy in your down time?
I am very keen on weight training at World Gym and, when I get time, I play golf. I believe in the saying that "if you don't use it, you lose it!"
