Reward Group has finished rejuvenations to 225 guestrooms bringing new life to this property just in time for the new year. The Pullman has incorporated contemporary designs into this beautiful colonial building, bringing it into 2022 with style.

This unique 5-star hotel reflects the ambience and spirit of Far North Queensland and exudes the architectural style and grandeur of the city centre’s rich colonial past.
The 11 meeting and event spaces throughout the hotel have also been refurbished which includes a giant 42m2 LED screen installed in the Grand Ballroom.
Reward Group has spent the last 9 months doing staged works to ensure the least amount of customer disruption.
