Emmanuel Benardos is a seasoned hospitality professional with decades of experience spanning the Asia-Pacific. Benardos started his career front-of-house in some of the world's most prestigious hotels, such as the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons.
Benardos quickly rose to managerial positions, such as General Manager of the Grand National Hotel in Sydney, and relocated to Singapore in 2012 to be the General Manager at LeVeL33 in Singapore, contributing to the growing food and beverage industry in the APAC region.
Benardos went on to build his career in Singapore, with a four-year position as Group General Manager for the Unlisted Collection, which boasts seven boutique hotels and 23 restaurants, including Burnt Ends (1 Michelin Star) and Restaurant Andre (2 Michelin Stars). Most recently, in 2019, Benardos was appointed as General Manager F&B for Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel The Stamford, a role created specifically for his expertise in food, beverage and operations with 2,030 rooms, 13 Restaurants and Bars, and JAAN by Kirk Westaway (2 Michelin Stars).
Benardos made the move back to Australia at the end of 2023 to take the position of Executive General Manager Food and Beverage at Crown Resorts Perth. In this position, Benardos will bring his expertise to and oversee the industry-leading culinary and beverage offerings that Crown has to offer.
