At the helm of this exciting development is one of the industry’s most trusted and accomplished brokers, Nathan Eades, as the National Director of Accommodation.

With an impressive career spanning over a decade, Nathan has solidified his reputation as one of the most knowledgeable, capable and influential property brokers within the Accommodation sector in Australia, collecting a slew of awards along the way including ARAMA Sales Broker of the Year awards in 2020 and 2021.

Joining long-term colleague Paul Mueller and industry stalwarts, Robert Collins and Kerrie Lush, will be well known industry professional Malcolm O’Farrell and accommodation expert Joel McCartin.

Malcolm brings to the table a wealth of operational expertise spanning more than twenty years within the hotel, pub, and accommodation industry in Southeast Queensland. From managing international hotels to bustling gaming pubs, his wealth of experience span’s locations from North Queensland to Victoria, providing invaluable insights into various facets of the sector.

Currently ranked as the 4th biggest seller of property in Queensland (number properties sold, 6 months to date RealEstate.com.au), Ras360’s Residential unit is dominating the apartment and townhouse sector, collecting a swathe of agent and agency accolades at the recent Rate My Agent awards night, including Top 5 Agent in Brisbane for North Brisbane agent, Mathew Anderson.
