CBRE Hotels has expanded its national hotel platform with the appointment of industry professional Taylor Morris as Senior Negotiator, under the guidance of Wayne Bunz and Hayley Manvell.
CBRE Hotels has expanded its national hotel platform with the appointment of industry professional Taylor Morris as Senior Negotiator.
With four years' experience in the Hotels & Pubs brokerage industry, Taylor commenced her career at another international agency where she rapidly advanced from Team Administrator to Analyst to Sales Executive. In her Analyst and Sales Executive roles, Taylor assisted in the sale of circa $100m worth of assets. As a result, she possesses an intimate knowledge of the market along with vendor and buyer requirements and has a comprehensive understanding of the sales process from start to finish.
Before this, Taylor completed a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology and graduated with Distinction.
