Leading this expansion as National Director of Accommodation, Nathan Eades shares his decades of industry experience and exceptional track record in his brokerage career to drive the strategic initiative.

Expanding Ras360’s reach, Adam Partridge and Leigh Carson join as specialist brokers. Adam covers the southern end of the Gold Coast, north and central New South Wales coast, bringing extensive experience from managing renowned establishments like the Star Hotel in Macksville and the Golden Sands Tavern in Nambucca Heads.

He specializes in the sale of hotels, motels, parks, and pubs, sharing exceptional depth and breadth of industry service to the area.

Leigh Carson, covering the Gladstone and central Queensland coast, adds significant corporate experience, along with on the ground Management Rights understanding.

Formerly the CEO of International Retail Brands at SPAR and 7-Eleven, Leigh transitioned into the management rights industry in Gladstone. His strategic approach and profound understanding of the search and acquisition process, position him as a trusted advisor in the market.

Growth in operations has also been bolstered in support of the sector with new appointments in business development, sales administration, and content marketing.
