This transaction, involving a luxury beachfront residence, exemplifies the high-calibre deals Shane manages.

Shane’s portfolio includes the successful sales of Meridian Port Douglas and Verandahs Apartments in Port Douglas, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted broker.  Before venturing into brokerage, Shane owned three management rights businesses over a decade: Whitfield Waters, City Park Gardens Apartments, and Mid City Luxury Suites. Geoff’s solid track record in real estate encompasses both sales and rental markets, and he has successfully managed a thriving caravan park west of Toowoomba.
