Capstone Hotel Management, New Zealand’s leading locally owned white-label hotel management company, announces several new team appointments alongside the opening of a new office in Auckland.

Vidan Zivic has been appointed North Island Area Manager, Capstone Hotel Management. Vidan began his hospitality career in Canada where he completed a post-graduate degree in Hotel Operations Management in Toronto. He has worked in independent restaurants and held several managerial roles at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Vidan takes on this leadership role with Capstone Hotel Management after moving to New Zealand to be part of the opening team at Abstract Hotel & Residences in Auckland, managed by Capstone.

Sadiyya Ismail has been appointed Group Revenue Manager, Capstone Hotel Management. Sadiyya brings a wealth of experience in revenue management and hotels having previously worked with Expedia Group and Hilton. Sadiyya will be working across the entire Capstone portfolio to oversee performance and grow market share and revenue. 

Isha Toora has been appointed Group Marketing Manager, Capstone Hotel Management. In this newly created role, Isha brings a strong background in digital marketing strategy, management and e-commerce working across multiple clients and accounts. She will be responsible for marketing, media and PR across the Capstone portfolio.

Rachelle Parkins has been appointed Director of Sales, Capstone Hotel Management. Rachelle has been promoted into this role after 18 months as sales executive. Prior to this, she was Guest Services Manager at Kaiteriteri Reserve, managed by Capstone. Her early career experience in hotels was with Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand where she worked her way up to the position of general manager. 

Svetlana (Lana) Tsykina has been appointed Auckland Accounts Administrator, Capstone Hotel Management. In this newly created role, Svetlana will work with Capstone’s Auckland area hotels and report to the Director of Finance.
