The official ribbon cutting ceremony marks the completion of Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes a multi-year project which attracted an investment of over $70M by hotel owners, Pelligra and One7, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, opening of its 5th branded hotel in Adelaide.
The Hon. Peter Malinauskas MP, Premier of South Australia, has officially opened Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes and The Heroic development, reinforcing Mawson Lakes as a key economic hub in northern Adelaide, backed by an ever-growing catalogue of world-class corporate, defence and educational organisations establishing themselves in the region.
The official ribbon cutting ceremony marks the completion of the multi-year project which attracted an investment of over $70M by hotel owners, Pelligra and One7, and represents an expansion in the portfolio of one of the world’s largest and leading hotel companies, IHG Hotels & Resorts, as its 5th branded hotel to open in Adelaide.
The opening ceremony was also attended by The Hon, Zoe Bettison MP, Minister for Tourism and Multicultural Affairs; Ross Pelligra, Chairman, Pelligra; Paul Pelligra, CEO Pelligra, Matt Tripolone, Managing Director, Australasia & Pacific at IHG Hotels & Resorts; Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM, City of Salisbury; Mayor Glenn Docherty, City of Playford; Christopher Bivone and Bruno Muscatello, owner group One7 and Faisal Sayed, General Manager Crowne Plaza Adelaide Mawson Lakes.
