Accor, the largest hotel operator in Australia and New Zealand, has once again been recognised as one of the best companies to work for, earning the prestigious title of 5- Star Employer of Choice (500+ employees) by HRD ANZ for the third consecutive year.
This recognition is awarded following a rigorous two-part selection process. It includes a detailed assessment of Accor’s team offerings and workplace practices, followed by an anonymous employee survey evaluating satisfaction across multiple areas such as benefits, compensation, workplace culture, professional development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Organisations that achieve an average satisfaction rating of 75% or higher are designated as 5-Star Employers of Choice.
Adrian Williams, Chief Operating Officer for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Hotels in the Pacific, said: “We are so excited to be recognised again as a leading employer in Australia and New Zealand. This achievement reflects our commitment to creating an inspiring and inclusive workplace where people can thrive and build meaningful careers.
