Footy fever has officially hit Brisbane, with Accor hotels across the city experiencing a  surge in bookings and a major spike in performance ahead of this week’s NRL Magic  Round – one of the hottest tickets on the sporting calendar.

Running from 1–4 May 2025, Magic Round is transforming the city into a rugby league  mecca, with every game played at the iconic Suncorp Stadium, including the blockbuster  opening of the Ampol Women’s State of Origin Series on Thursday night.
