Corstorphine House in Dunedin, which has previously traded as a luxury hotel and wedding venue in Otago, is for sale through Murray Stott of Resort Brokers NZ.
Corstorphine House is an NBR rated top 100 NZ home built in 1863 and extended around 1905, being a magnificent example of Victorian and Edwardian architecture.
During this mansions incarnate as a boutique hotel with a Qualmark 5 star rating and membership of Relais & Chateaux it hosted heads of state, royalty (HRH Prince Charles) and a host of movie stars.
